.O’SENTINEL SECURITY AND CLEANING SERVICES was established in FEBRUARY 2018.The principal business being the provision of professional security and cleaning services within the borders of theRepublic of South Africa to both natural and juristic persons including theassets and buildings of our clients

O-Sentinel Security and Cleaning Service is a member of the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and the National Contract Cleaners Association and are in a compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act and Labour Relations Act.

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

RECRUITMENT AND STAFF SELECTION PROCESS

Current employees are given preference in the recruitment drive. External recruitment will be sought in the event that no suitable candidate was found during the internal recruitment. This is to ensure that we employ the right candidate for the job.


O-Sentinel Security and Cleaning Services has a rigid but fair staff policy.The potential candidates are required to meet the following minimum standards:

  • Education - Candidates are required to have a minimum academic qualification of Grade 12 as a prerequisite.
  • Communication skills- All candidates are expected to meetcertain writing and oral language standards.
  • Security Certificate- Grade E, D C, B, A.
  • Age Restriction - Minimum age 19 to a maximum 65 years
  • Physical Fitness - Candidates must be physically fit and mentally sound.
  • Evaluation - Candidates must have the ability to comprehend a variety of simulated test situations.
